Summer is ending on a positive note for Eriez Magnetics, also known as Eriez Manufacturing Co.
The company reports that August was the best month ever for order volume.
Charles Ingram, the company’s vice president of sales and marketing, said strong results came from the United States, Canada and many of the company’s other export markets.
Despite the downturn of the economy in recent months, the company has avoided layoffs and recently completed an addition to its plant.
