Sharon-based Quaker Steak & Lube, which has a restaurant on Peach Street in Summit Township, offers up 20 different sauces. But the restaurant chain is encouraging customers to mix up their own creations as part of a new contest.
The Lube is asking Facebook fans to mix up their own wing sauce recipe, using one or more existing Lube sauces in the mix, through its Sauce Boss Challenge, which can be found through Saturday on the Official Quaker Steak & Lube Facebook fan page.
Participants will win a coupon for a free small order of wings. Ten finalists will receive an iPod shuffle and a four-pack of sauce that will include one bottle of their own custom sauce creation.
The grand prize winner will also receive free wings for a year and a year’s worth supply of their original sauce creation, custom bottled and labeled.
