The Borders outside the Millcreek Mall is entering the final days of its store closing sale.

I received an e-mail advertising savings through Wednesday of 50 to 70 percent off list prices plus an extra 10 percent off my total purchase.

If you were waiting until the end to check out the bargains, this week is the time to go.

When I called the store to see if they knew how much longer they’d be open, I was told that next Monday is the last day.

The smaller Borders Express inside the mall is to remain open. If you have Borders gift cards, you’ll still be able to use them there.
