Learn about black history
Johnny Johnson and Adrienne Rush will recreate the lives of Hamilton and Elizabeth Waters in a free program Thursday night at Erie’s Watson-Curtze Mansion.
The event is part of the Erie County Historical Society’s Black History Month Speaker Series and will also include the performance of African-American spirituals.
The program begins at 6 p.m. at the mansion, 356 W. Sixth St.
