Early Learning Expo offers free resources for parents

Saturday’s Early Learning Expo will offer free entertainment for children ages 8 and younger and free information for their parents and caretakers.

The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Junker Center at Penn State Behrend in Harborcreek Township.

The expo will feature activities for kids, like face painting and puppets. Adults can get information on topics like car seat safety and learning activities they can do with children.

Free EMTA bus service will be offered between downtown Erie and Behrend. A bus will leave from in front of the Peanut Shoppe, 1001 State St., at 10 a.m. and depart from the Junker Center at 1:30 p.m.
