Got a tip from Sharyn that My Sister’s Closet on Erie’s east side was going out of business and having a sale.

When I called the resale boutique at 2212 Broad St., the woman I talked to confirmed that the site was closing but said the westside store on West 12th Street would still be open and selling women’s and children’s clothing and household and children’s items. Proceeds from the discount stores benefit the Women’s Care Center of Erie County, according to the facebook page for the local My Sister’s Closet sites.

The last day for the eastside store is June 23. This week, items are on sale for $2 or less, the woman told me. Next week — $1 or less.
