Food bank offering buffet of fun

Live music and children’s activities are part of this weekend’s Buffet on the Bay.

The event is put on by Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest Pennsylvania as both a summer concert and a fundraiser. While admission is free, donations are appreciated and people are asked to take a nonperishable food item, according to the event website.

The buffet will take place Saturday from 5 to 10 p.m. at Liberty Park on Erie’s bayfront. To learn more, visit www.eriefoodbank.org/Content.aspx?Section=buffet-on-the-bay-
