Jewish museum open for free Sunday

Does your dad like museums?

On Sunday, Father’s Day, you can get him into the Maltz Museum of Jewish Heritage, which is near Cleveland, for free. And it won’t cost you anything to enter either.

Thanks to the Charter One Foundation, the museum will be open to the public for free on June 17 and again on Sept. 19, according to a news release.

The museum hours on Sunday are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The current special exhibition there is “A Blessing to One Another: Pope John Paul II and the Jewish People.”

To learn more, visit www.maltzmuseum.org or call (216) 593-0575.
