P&G Everyday sent me an e-mail about the offer. You have to buy one Duracell AA or AAA 16- or 20-count battery pack AND one Tide laundry detergent that’s at least 96 loads OR one 12-count Bounty paper towels OR one 30-count Charmin toilet paper. If you do, you’ll save $10 on an in-store purchase, the deal said.

Since I don’t have kids, I don’t usually shop at those stores so I’m not certain what their prices are like on batteries, detergent, paper towels and toilet paper. But if those are items you usually pick up at Toys R Us or Babies R Us, you might want to look into this.

The e-mail said to visit www.toysrus.com or see a store employee for additional details. I tried the website but couldn’t find anything there about this offer.
