Fifth full of free music

Summer brings an abundance of free concerts to the Erie area. Today is no exception.

Here are at least four sites where you can listen to music at no cost:

Erie — The Downtown Block Parties continue at 6 p.m. outside the Cell Block, 1213 State St. Tonight will feature EarthQuakers and Joe Bauchman & Crew. Visit www.eriedowntown.com.

North East — The Let It Be Heard concerts continue at 6 p.m. in North East Borough’s Heard Park. Tonight you can hear the Mar-Vels. Visit www.nechamber.org.

Corry — Thursday in the Park Concerts continue at 7 p.m. in Corry’s City Park. Playing tonight is KoKoMo Time Band. Visit www.corryareaartscouncil.com.

Edinboro — The Concert Band of Northwest Pennsylvania’s performance is at 7 p.m. on the lawn of Cole Auditorium at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. Visit www.edinboro.edu/news/calendar.dot?id=d3d04d4a-19ef-40d4-8953-f9daa1b5fa16.
