Free search helps you find family history

Ancestry.com is opening its U.S. Census Collection up to you for free through Monday.

The collection includes 713 million records from 1790 to 1940 and you can search for your relatives for free, according to an e-mail I received from Ancestry.com.

The offer ends Monday night at midnight Eastern time, the e-mail said.
