A new exhibit is set to open Friday at Bruce Gallery in Edinboro University of Pennsylvania’s Doucette Hall, 215 Meadville St., Edinboro. Admission is free, officials said.

This show, “Heart of Art,” will feature works by Fran Schanz. The opening and reception is Friday from 5 to 7 p.m.

Gallery hours are Mondays through Fridays from noon to 7 p.m. and Saturdays from noon to 5 p.m.
