A northwestern Pennsylvania organization for early child care and education is offering a free program for parents.

Early Connections is holding a Success by 6 Annual Parents Night Out with Diane Mills McKay speaking on “Finding Balance: Life and Work for Families with Young Children.” The presentation will be Thursday at 6 p.m., with vendors at 5 p.m., at Blasco Library, 160 E. Front St., in Hirt Auditorium.
