Carnival ending Thanksgiving with surprises for shoe shoppers

If your ideal Thanksgiving ends with shoe shopping, this could be your best holiday ever.

Shoe Carnival, which has a store in the Millcreek Plaza off Interchange Road, just south of the Millcreek Mall, will open its doors at midnight on Thanksgiving night for Black Friday shoppers.

An e-mail from Shoe Carnival said the first 100 customers in line at midnight on Thanksgiving will receive surprise reward cards worth at least $10 and one will be worth $100.

Shopping sprees worth $100 will be given away throughout Black Friday morning, the e-mail said.
