Free help for your health
Pymatuning State Park is holding a free program to help you start 2013 in a healthy way.
The park in Crawford County is one of the sites across the U.S. holding a First Day Hike on Tuesday.
The local guided 2-mile walk on the shore of Pymatuning Reservoir will begin at 10 a.m. at the park office, 2660 Williamsfield Road. Besides getting exercise, you’ll also learn about birds and winter plants.
Registration is required to make sure there’s enough healthy snacks for everyone, organizers said. Call (724) 932-3142 to sign up or for directions.
