How to wash your hair and brush your teeth for a month for free

I washed my hair and brushed my teeth for free the entire month of March. And now I’m ready to continue in April.

You can do it too, with samples.

I’ve collected numerous small bottles and packets of shampoo and tubes of toothpaste in recent months through sample offers I’ve seen online. By coincidence, at the end of February, I finished both the last bottle of shampoo I’d purchased and the last tube of toothpaste I’d bought. So I decided to start using the freebies on March 1 and see how long they’d last. So far, it’s been a month and I still have unopened samples.
