Site offers free book, ideas for wine bottles

Earlier this month, I wrote about recycling plastic water or soda pop bottles to use as vases (http://www.goerieblogs.com/cheapinerie/2013/06/recycle-bottles-to-save-on-cost-of-vases/).

Here’s a site with a similar suggestion, using wine bottles. Click on the link below to read about how to decorate the bottles. You also can download a free e-book titled “25 Cool Things to Do with Wine Bottles.”

Several of the ideas for the bottles involve candles. I’ve used wine bottles as candle holders before, especially at outdoor events like picnics. That way I don’t have to worry about any of my fancy indoor candle holders getting broken or damaged outside.
