Coupon leads to free toothbrush

Here’s a bargain I know that reader Kathy Schriefer will appreciate. Kathy coordinates the local collection of more than 35,000 shoe boxes that people pack full of gifts for children through Operation Christmas Child. Tucked in the boxes among the small stuffed animals, crayons and other treats are often toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs and similar items. Kathy is always on the lookout for good deals on anything that can be put in the boxes.

Shop4Freebies.com has a way to get a free toothbrush that could be put into an Operation Christmas Child box or used by your own child.

The site that lists free samples, coupons and bargains says there’s a coupon you can find at  http://www.coupons.com/couponweb/Offers.aspx?pid=14997&zid=iq55&nid=10&bid=0725050707a02ec701e4313&cid=17939036&opid=14997&plid=lgme_rs4504&crid=rss&varb=cd47 for $1 off any FireFly toothbrush. Shop4Freebies also says that you can get the toothbrushes at Dollar Tree. Most items, including toothbrushes, are $1 at Dollar Tree. So with the coupon, you can get a free toothbrush.

I didn’t find FireFly toothbrushes listed on Dollar Tree’s website, but I’ve discovered that the stores often have products not on the site.

If you have trouble finding the coupon on Coupons.com, you also can go to www.fireflytoothbrush.com and it has a link for the coupon.

I’m going to try to pick up a couple myself for some of the shoe boxes that my Kiwanis Club packs each October for Operation Christmas Child.
