One of the things I still remember about childhood trips to Cedar Point was seeing the glass-blowing demonstrations.

You can see something similar this weekend without having to drive as far or pay to get in.

Campbell Pottery Store will host Herb Thomas on Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. under the pavilion. Thomas will be creating glass vases, paper weights and other items and answering questions about his craft.

Campbell Pottery is at 25579 Plank Road, Cambridge Springs.
