Mrs. Dash is giving away 500,000 packets of her Original Blend.

Up to 30,000 free samples of the seasoning will be given away each day through July 4, or while supplies last. The giveaway began May 6.

The freebie includes four packets, .02 ounces each, plus a coupon for 50 cents off.

When I was there today at 9:09 a.m., the site said there were 26,438 of today’s 30,000 samples available. By 9:11, the number was down to 26,124.

The giveaway starts each day at 8 a.m., you can only get one per U.S. household and you have to be at least 18 years old, the rules say.
