Starbucks is offering you a chance to try its Blonde roast for free.

To request your free tall cup of brewed coffee, valued at up to $2.60, go to www.facebook.com/starbucks and click on “Starbucks Blonde Roast.” Once there, you can sign up for the freebie yourself and also share the promo with a friend.

The site says the offer is good for a limited time, but doesn’t indicate when it ends.

Don’t panic if you don’t immediately receive an e-mail for your freebie. It took almost an hour before my e-mail arrived, but then I was able to print out the card with the code for the coffee.
