Where We’ve Been

So far, the team has been to four events ( St. Patrick’s Day Parade, St. Patrick’s Day downtown, Jerry Uht for the home opener for the SeaWolves, and the Presque Isle time trials for cycling. So far, its been a lot of fun.

St. Patrick’s Day Parade was rainy, cold, but an adventure.  GoErie.com and the Erie Times-News were proud to be apart of this event and enjoyed giving out newspapers and candy for free. Check out our parade photos of the event!

St. Patrick’s Day was probably one of the longest days of work.  Jeff, Ben, and I  were out and about all over the local bars in celebration.  Jeff, and I started around 7:00 a.m. with brunch and went non-stop until a little past 5:00 p.m.  Ben joined us around 9:00 a.m. and joined in our adventure.  I believe we visited over 13 bars and captured the celebration in all its glory.  Our photo gallery was a huge hit with 100,000 views by days end, and over 80,000 the day after.

Next stop was the Erie SeaWolves home opener.  Thanks to John Frey from the ballpark, we were able to capture the great atmosphere America’s Pastime has to offer.  It was a packed house and you couldn’t ask for better weather.  Word has it that it was the best showing for an opening night since the ‘Wolves entered in the “AA” classification.  You can not have a SeaWolves game without having a kid’s stampede in the 7th inning stretch…and yes, we have video and photos of this.

Our latest stop was at the Presque Isle Time Trials for cycling.  Although rainy, it was still a great event to capture.  Looking in our gallery, you’ll see one of the coolest home-made bikes ever.
