AL
Seattle (J.Saunders 3-4) at Cleveland (McAllister 3-3), 1:05 p.m.
Toronto (Morrow 1-2) at N.Y. Yankees (D.Phelps 1-2), 1:05 p.m.

Cincinnati (Arroyo 3-4) at Philadelphia (K.Kendrick 4-1), 4:05 p.m.
Houston (Bedard 0-2) at Pittsburgh (A.J.Burnett 3-4), 7:05 p.m.

L.A. Dodgers (Capuano 1-2) at Atlanta (Medlen 1-5), 7:10 p.m.
Milwaukee (Estrada 3-2) at St. Louis (Lynn 6-1), 7:15 p.m.
San Francisco (Lincecum 3-2) at Colorado (Chatwood 1-0), 8:10 p.m.
Washington (Zimmermann 7-1) at San Diego (Stults 3-3), 8:40 p.m.

Here’s who I like — and don’t:

Must start
If I have Jordan Zimmerman, Anibal Sanchez, Lance Lynn or A.J. Burnett, I’m going with them.

Good start
I’ll put Tim Lincecum here since he’s inconsistent and at Colorado. … Kris Medlen is due for a win. … It’ll be interesting to see the Reds-Phils matchup. I like Kyle Kendrick over Bronson Arroyo. Arroyo, by the way, often gets overlooked.  … I’m feeling generous. Let’s put Scott Feldman of the Cubbies here. … Ervin Santana should get tested against the Angels, but I’d feel OK starting him. … The Dumpster had a bad start his last time out. Forget it — unless it happens today against the Twins. … Hector Santiago (2.23 ERA) goes against the winless Joe Blanton. … Zach McAllister and the Tribe meet Joe Saunders. I like the matchup.

Neutral
Nothing stands out with Eric Stults, Tyler Chatwood, Marco Estrada, Tommy Malone, Justin Grimm, Roberto Hernandez, Brandon Morrow, David Phelps and Scott Diamond. But if you’re looking for someone from this group, check out Morrow for strikeouts and Hernandez for a shot at a win. … I’ll give the Marlins some props today. Tom Koehler has a shot at a win against Brandon McCarthy.

Avoid
Did you see that Joe Blanton is 0-7? I guess he could be due for a win. … Erik Bedard is lousy, but he might muster up something against his former team. … Chris Capuano was a surprise last year. This year? I’ll pass. … I don’t want to get cute starting Jeremy  Hefner. … Jair Jurrjens gets the Avoid label because it’s his first start. Better see what he does before you jump in. … I’m not entertaining the idea of going with Joe Saunders.
