Erie SeaWolves Player of the Week nominees

Fans can vote for the Erie SeaWolves Player of the week on the upper right corner. The poll will last until 4 p.m. Friday each week with the winner being featured in Sunday’s paper. Fans are free to nominate their favorite SeaWolves player each week by sending an e-mail to tom.reisenweber@timesnews.com by 5 p.m. on Saturday night.

Marcus Lemon – Hit two doubles in a 3-2 loss to New Hampshire, including an RBI double in the ninth inning to cut the deficit to 3-2.
James McCann – Started the week with two hits in a 3-2 loss to New Hampshire. He also had three hits in a 6-3 win over New Hampshire. He also had three hits, including his second homer, drove in two runs and scored three times in a 16-2 win over New Hampshire.
Justin Souza – Worked two scoreless relief innings in a 3-2 loss to New Hampshire. He then recorded his 12th save with a scoreless inning in a 3-2 win over Portland and had a shutout inning in a 6-3 win over New Hampshire to get his 13th save.
Hernan Perez – Went 3-for-3, including two doubles, in a 2-0 loss to Portland. He also had two hits in a 2-0 loss to Portland.
James Robbins – Hit an RBI double in the eighth inning to give Erie a 3-2 win over Portland in eight innings. He also had four hits, including three doubles and his second homer, and drove in four runs and scored three runs in a 16-2 win over New Hampshire.
Ryan Robowski – Tossed four scoreless innings in a spot start as Erie beat Portland 1-0.
Blaine Hardy – Continued his solid season with a scoreless inning to record his first save with the SeaWolves in a 1-0 win over Portland. He also threw two scoreless innings in a 6-3 win over New Hampshire.
Will Clinard – Threw two shutout innings in a 1-0 win over Portland.
Daniel Fields – Had three hits in a 6-3 win over New Hampshire. He also had three hits, drove in three runs and hit his seventh home run in a 16-2 win over New Hampshire.
Jamie Johnson – Drove in two runs on two hits in a 6-3 win over New Hampshire.
Tyler Clark – Threw two scoreless innings in a 16-2 win over New Hampshire.
Eugenio Suarez – Finished with three hits, including two doubles, two RBIs and two runs scored in a 16-2 win over New Hampshire.
Tyler Collins – Had three hits and scored twice in a 16-2 win over New Hampshire.
Wade Gaynor – Collected four hits and drove in two runs in a 16-2 win over New Hampshire.
