Not everyone was happy to see A-Rod in Trenton (video)

Alex Rodriguez homered with the Trenton Thunder tonight.

But, at least going by the Associated Press photo, not everyone was pleased to see A-Rod in Trenton Friday night.

Rodriguez is with the Thunder on a rehabilitation assignment.

He hasn’t played in the majors this season as he recovers from hip surgery and a strained quad.

MLB is poised to suspend Rodriguez Monday, along with several other players linked to the Biogenesis drug case.

Unlike Ryan Braun, who cut a deal with baseball officials, there have been indications that Rodriguez would fight any punishment from MLB.

Trenton starts a three-game series in Erie Tuesday, but it’s highly unlikely Rodriguez will be with the Thunder for that trip.
