Last night, the Millcreek School Board met with auditors to discover that on-leave superintendent Michael Golde allegedly ordered the business manager to bump $5 million from the capital fund to the operating budget in July and return it in October, according to Terry Scutella. Assistant superintendent William Hall didn’t believe Golde knew he did anything wrong.
