More good news in Erie real estate

People always ask me if the market is good or bad, and it’s very good right now. Sales are up in Erie County — read Jim Martin’s interviews with Toby Froehlich of Coldwell Banker Select and Howard W. “Hoddy” Hanna III of Howard Hanna Real Estate Services here.

The market has improved in a lot of ways, but the same thing is always true — if your home is priced right, it will sell in a hurry. I see it in neighborhoods all the time. And new construction appears to be doing just fine in some neighborhoods with Renaud Peck selling seven of 29 lots and five new homes are up and in its Asbury Pointe subdivision — one of the newest subdivisions in the region.
