Powell Avenue 25 mph speed limit being enforced

The new stretch of Powell Avenue that extends from Powell Avenue east to Marshall Drive has a speed limit of 25 mph, and it is being enforced.

    Why on earth is this section of road posted 25 MPH? Let’s try 40 MPH. You would look like an idiot driving that slow on that section of road. Who makes these decisions????????

    I have to agree with Mr Downing. 25mph is a bit ridiculous on this new road but if they are going to enforce it how about enforcing the speed limit on 12th Street and the rest of the roads also! At 40mph on 12th St you get passed by everyone including the Police (not running code either) and the Twp supervisors!!!
