Nya Meyer wins ‘Girls Mean Business’ award

Tweens and teens pitched their business plans in 90-second videos to earn $250 in start-up help, and the winner was announced at Girls World Expo on Sunday, Dec. 2. Congratulations, Nya Meyer!

A panel of faculty members and alumni of Penn State Behrend’s Sam and Irene Black School of Business selected Nya Meyer’s idea for Crazy Color Craft as the winner of the Girls Mean Business Award.

Pam Parker is the editor of Lake Erie LifeStyle, Her Times and House to Home at the Erie Times-News in Erie, Pa.
