Good news abounds in real estate this week in House to Home. If you have a house in the $200,000 to $300,000 range, now might be the time to list — the market is begging for more inventory in that range.

The Millcreek home at left listed at $369,900 and sold in a hurry after a feature in my real estate column. Jim McGoey of Pro Realtors listed it, and Karen Euliano of Sue Sutto Realtors sold it. More good news on the homefront in House to Home:
