Ranches built in the 1950s seemed so big when I was a kid. Right now, two homes on Roslindale Avenue are up for sale, and I remember both.  I grew up in that ‘hood.

I visited Wednesday during the Howard Hanna Twilight Tour from 6 to 8 p.m. They are listed at $159,900 to $164,900. Read all about the Roslindale ranches right here. The next Wednesday tours will be held June 13, July 18, Aug. 22 and Sept. 12.

New wave — A tub that has musical speakers called “vibracoustic,” can elicit sound waves right out of the tub itself. So, when the bathtub is empty, the system can play music in your bathroom like a standard stereo system.
