Did you know that our voices can age faster than the rest of our bodies? It can start happening in our 40s — oh my!
And almost anything — from what we eat and drink to the meds we take — can give us raspy and shaky voices that can make us sound much older than we are.

Here are some great tips from AARP. It’s time to stop texting and tweeting, and start singing, whispering and reading aloud.
And if all else fails, you can try a voice lift. Yes — really, there is a surgery for that.
