Sometimes all you need is to get dinner on the table. It’s been a long day and you’ve reached the point that you don’t even care what it is.
Well, you can give yourself a pleasant surprise by trying Asian Beef With Snow Peas
It requires no weird ingredients. No long baking or simmering times. Not much prep, considering it’s a stir-fry recipe, many of which can be deceptive about the time it takes to get ready to cook.
It’s not processed food, like anything you get out of the freezer, and God knows what’s going on behind the scenes at the oh-so-tempting Chinese buffet in the nearest strip mall.
If you don’t mind a little more prep, you can always add more vegetables, such as peppers, onions, mushrooms, broccoli florets, etc.
