Tuna Quinoa Wrap

A Tuna Quinoa Wrap will blow my lame lunches out of the water.

I’m terrible at planning my lunches. I think about them about 10 a.m., and just grab something. Well, not just anything. I don’t like fast food burgers. I don’t like most processed snacks. But vending machine salads, McDonald’s snack wraps (7 points!), Subway, and anything baked with flour and sugar within arm’s reach usually fill the void.
I’ve decided this isn’t working anymore. I’m tired of sitting here hungry wondering what to do about it. I’m vowing to be more proactive: to try to make something the night before a few times a week so I don’t have to leave the office and drive around town paying too much for too much.
Today I brought chicken noodle soup I made with rotisserie chicken last night. Me: 1; Fast food: 0. I will tell you, though, that even after 2 servings of shredded wheat, two oranges, a Kashi bar and 2 boiled eggs that I’m still ready to eat my arm off at 11 a.m.
I wish I had a Tuna and Quinoa Wrap. Maybe two or three of them.
