Blueberry Cornmeal muffins

These look simple, reliable and convenient breakfast for a running late couple of mornings.

I can’t get off my muffins. Wait, that didn’t sound right. I mean I love muffins. The breakfast kind. Nearly every recipe I see for them tugs at me: Make me, make me, make me!
I rarely oblige because, well, my husband would eat roughly one of them. My son won’t touch them. That leaves 11 that have to go somewhere, and that’s usually down my gullet, or, worse, into the trash.
But Blueberry-Cornmeal Muffins are tugging really hard. There are thousands of recipes for them, I’ve never tried them, and I have a bag full of blueberries burning a hole in my freezer.
I could make them and bring them to work, which gives them a wider audience. The only problem is that they’d be with me, at work, giving me unfettered access throughout my day …
But I think I’m going to have to take one for the team on this one.
