Spectacular 3-berry treat couldn’t be easier

I thought I was out of ideas on how to use this summer’s beautiful crop of berries, but then up popped 3 Berry Focaccia from www.parents.com.
This is perfect for anyone who doesn’t want to mess with cobblers or pies or shortcakes, etc., and still haven’t had your fill of this year’s fresh, local, seasonal, sweet, nutritious, bountiful berries.
It’s so easy, a child could do it, which sounds like a pretty good idea now that I think about it.
Somehow it’s also impressive enough for potlucks, guests and special dinners. Serve it with coffee at breakfast or brunch if you want. Just serve it.
Note: All you really have to do by way of prep is roll out the dough. If you don’t have a rolling pin, just use a round wine or vinegar bottle.
