Think about the thin people you know - this is how they live. It isn't a punishment or anything - it just is. It would be wonderful to see how you progress over the next year. Just stay a member at F2F and we'll all be doing this together. Your goal is within reach - just keep working at it, one choice at a time. You're doing a great job. Keep it up.
