Follow our contestants on this 12-week, life changing challenge. Beginning July 13, seven contestants will meet with Flab to Fab's certified personal trainers for one hour, three times per week, receive a customized fitness program, and have unlimited access to utilize Flab to Fab's fitness facility, for a period of 12 weeks. About Thin It to Win It

During June, users told us why this should be their summer of transformation.  More than 50 of you submitted your photo and essay telling us why you should be chosen as one of six contestants in this life-changing, 12-week challenge.

The seven chosen participants will meet with one of Flab to Fab’s certified personal trainers beginning July 13th for one hour, three times per week, for a period of 12-weeks. They will create a customized fitness program, designed to help contestants meet their overall fitness goals. Those chosen will have unlimited access to utilize Flab to Fab’s fitness facility during the 12-week contest. The contestant who loses the most weight during the 12-week contest will win the fabulous grand prize package, described below, valued at $1,240.

As part of this program, progress will be tracked weekly and contestants will contribute to this blog, where they will share your experience with our readers. Readers will also be following the contestants on this journey through our monthly Her Times magazine. During the last month of the contest, readers will be able to choose their “Fan Favorite.” The overall winner of this category will also receive a prize package, valued at $440. Each of the 4 remaining contestants will receive a prize package as well.

The overall winners will be announced in the Erie Times-News and on GoErie.com on Friday, October 7th. They will also be featured in the November issue of Her Times.
