Andrezeski tossed from primary ballot

Anthony “Buzz’’ Andrezeski won’t be running for his old state Senate seat.

Buzz Andrezeski

Commonwealth Court Judge Rochelle Friedman tossed Andrezeski’s name from the April 24 primary ballot today after ruling that he didn’t have the required 500 valid signatures to qualify.
Andrezeski, a lawyer from Millcreek, was one of five Democrats seeking the state Senate seat in the 49th District, which covers much of Erie County.
