Quinnipiac poll: Romney gaining ground on Santorum

From PoliticsPA:
“A new poll shows former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney catching up to Rick Santorum in the state he represented in Congress for 16 years.
Quinnipiac released a survey Tuesday morning showing Santorum with a 6 point lead, 41 to 35 percent.”

The piece goes on to state that in a Quinnipiac poll released on March 14 — less than one month ago — Santorum led Romney 36 percent to 22 percent.
The results are similar to those in a Mercyhurst University poll, released Monday,
