Greg Lucas continues campaign

Greg Lucas, Republican candidate for state House in the 5th Legislative District, will hold a meet and greet Wednesday from 5:30 to 8 p.m.

The event will be held at Chico’s Travelers Inn, 7294 Main Street, Fairview.

Pizza, wings and beverages will be provided. The campaign said that campaign contributions would be appreciated.

Lucas is running against Democrat Jason White of Albion.

The seat is now held by state Rep. John Evans, of Sadsbury Township, Crawford County, R-5th Dist., who is not seeking re-election.

Lucas, the mayor of Edinboro, and White will square off in the Nov. 6 election.
