U.S. Rep. Kelly’s speech gets plenty of attention on House floor – and elsewhere

In case you missed it, Here is a link to a portion of a speech given on the House floor recently by Republican U.S. Rep. Mike Kelly of Butler, which received an ovation and plenty of Internet attention.
Kelly’s topic: burdensome government regulations how they hurt businesses. The speech received a standing ovation; some house members shouted “USA!” “USA!”
