A buzz about the debate
Remember some of the buzzwords from the 2008 election? They included hockey moms, hope, change, and Joe the Plumber.
Now CafePress, Inc., plans to have a little fun with buzzwords that will be used between President Barack Obama and Mitt Romney during their first debate on Wednesday night.
Every time one of the buzzwords is used, the CafePress website will offer instant discounts on political merchandise.
The buzzwords that CafePress will monitor are: jobs, economy, Obamacare, middle class, Wall Street, 1 percent, doubling down, success and freedom.
My bet is on middle class being the most overused word.

The best qualified candidate for office based just on job experience this year isn’t Obama or Romney, it’s Libertarian Gary Johnson. Unlike his opponents, Gov. Johnson has been reelected to an executive branch office, he has a better economic record then they do, as Governor of New Mexico, Johnson has foreign policy experience that Romney lacks and unlike both of his opponents, he has experience as a business owner. It is long past time we had some real debates in this country. To do any less would be an insult and a fraud on the American people.
I wonder if Obama will be asked to explain his insulting comment about “small-town Pennsylvania voters bitterly clinging to their guns and religion.”
