More of the same for Gov. Tom Corbett.
A Franklin & Marshall College poll of Pennsylvania voters, released today, shows that the governor’s job performance remains low, with only 26 percent of registered voters saying he is doing an excellent or good job.
That’s the lowest approval rating of Corbett’s tenure and little changed from September, when 30 percent gave him good marks.
In the new poll, 2 percent say he has done an excellent job and 24 percent say he has done a good job.
Only 41 percent of Republicans, 26 percent of Independents and 16 percent of Democrats rate his performance as excellent or good.
The full results of the poll, which includes other topics, can be found here.
