Post-Gazette: sources say Pittsburgh mayor Ravenstahl won’t run for re-election

Pittsburgh Mayor Luke Ravenstahl plans to discuss his future at an 11 a.m. news conference. The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette is reporting that the Democrat will not seek re-election in the May 21 primary. Ravenstahl already faced primary opposition from City Councilman Bill Peduto and City Controller Michael Lamb.
