John Guerriero and Kevin Flowers have joined forces for Campaign '10, a blog about the races for Pennsylvania governor, U.S. Senate, Congress, state House and other politics. You absolutely cannot vote in the May 18 primary or the Nov. 2 general election unless you follow their blog all year long. Well, OK, you could, but you'd be a lot less informed.   Read more about this blog.

Pennsylvania doesn’t have a new fiscal-year budget yet, but it does have something that no other state can boast.

How about championships in three of the major professional sports — baseball, football and hockey?

The Philadelphia Phillies, the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Pittsburgh Penguins will display their respective championship trophies Tuesday, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., in the Capitol East Wing Rotunda in Harrisburg.

The World Series trophy, football’s Lombardi trophy and hockey’s Stanley Cup will be on hand.

We can all applaud that. Now what about that budget?
