Blidi Wreh-Wilson returned to Erie late Tuesday night after several grueling days at the NFL scouting combine in Indianapolis.

The General McLane graduate and former University of Connecticut star was ready for some sleep when his plane landed, according to his late-night tweet: “Just touched down in Erie! The combine was an amazing opportunity. Can’t wait to touch that pillow.”

Wreh-Wilson said he was generally pleased with his combine performance, and he was impressed with the amount of mental endurance that the event required.

“It went well; it was an interesting process,” he told the Erie Times-News. “I just had to go out and perform. It’s definitely a lot on your mind and a lot on your body.”
