In 58 innings, Cressley yielded just four earned runs while going 5-1 in the collegiate wooden bat league. In his final six starts, including two in the postseason, he surrendered one earned run over 42 innings.

Cressley also tossed a scoreless inning in the league’s All-Star game and finished with 56 strikeouts. Cressley was named a first-team selection on the all-VBL team.
