Cathedral Prep graduates Damion Terry and Delton Williams might make their college football debuts tonight when Michigan State team Western Michigan at 8 p.m.

(The game will be telecast live on Big Ten Network.)

It’s been heavily reported this week that senior Andrew Maxwell won the Spartans’ starting quarterback job in a four-way battle. Terry, a true freshman, was one of those four QBs.

However, in a story on mlive.com Thursday, Mike Griffith reported that former Michigan State players think that Terry has greatness in his future.

Meanwhile, Erie Times-News columnist John Dudley wrote today that if Terry is not the starter this season, Michigan State should redshirt him.

It will be interesting to see if Terry or Williams, a fourth-string running back, will play tonight if Michigan State builds a big lead.
