After dramatic opening victories on Sept. 5, Edinboro and Gannon will host nationally ranked Division II opponents today at noon in PSAC crossover games.

Edinboro (1-0) will host No. 15 Bloomsburg (1-0), which features two-time 2,000-yard running backĀ  Franklyn Quiteh. He rushed for 21 times for 182 yards and three touchdowns in the Huskies’ 41-13 victory over Stonehill last week. With 5,510 career rushing yards, Quiteh is 180 yards away from becoming the PSAC’s all-time leading rusher.

The Fighting Scots held on for a 35-34 win over Walsh in Canton, Ohio, in their opener.

Gannon (1-0), meanwhile, will host No. 23 West Chester (1-0), which pounded then-No. 12 New Haven 45-14 Saturday. Sean McCartney passed for 290 yards and three touchdowns for the Golden Rams.

The Golden Knights rallied for a 36-33 win at Lake Erie College, thanks to 398 yards passing and two touchdowns from quarterback Liam Nadler. Running back Jansen Jones rushed for 218 yards and a touchdown.
